You are invited to join in the
Community Celebration of Torah and Jewish Life,
on the 27 Shevat, February 7th.

For the past year,
tens of thousands of Jews in countries from around the world,
joined together to study the work of one of the greatest of Jewish scholars,
Maimonides (the Rambam). This work, his compilation of Jewish Law,
is considered the clearest, most comprehensive classification of
the fundamental principles of Jewish life.

The evening’s highlight is a lecture by Rabbi Shmuel Braun, titled
“The Burning Books:
Why Maimonides Books Were Burned,
and How They Give Us Spiritual Fire.”

Rabbi Braun is an internationally sought-after speaker and lecturer
and has lectured in dozens of countries on a wide variety of topics in Jewish thought.
He is especially known for his ability to explain complex concepts
in Jewish mysticism, making them easy to understand.
He is an absolutely captivating speaker - one that you really don’t want to miss.
