Pre Chanukah:
Lubavitch of Wisconsin and it's affiliates will be placing 70 large public menorahs in shopping malls, business centers, banks, etc throughout the Milwaukee metro area, Mequon, Waukesha, Madison, Madison, Green Bay, Grafton and Kenosha.
