Chabad CAREs - Community Assistance Relief Efforts
» We're here to help

We at Lubavitch of Wisconsin understand the high level of concern surrounding the COVID-19 outbreak. As an organization, we are implementing proactive procedures to ensure the safety of our community.

In addition to the protective measures, we are mounting a proactive effort to provide our community with support, Lubavitch of Wisconsin will be available to deliver food and supplies and make welfare checks for those in need.

If you or someone you know is in need of help, please fill out this form to get help and we will contact you. It may take us a few days to respond and to gather the resources needed to help each individual and family but we will be working tirelessly to ensure the safety of our community.

Relief efforts funded by the Gitel bas Moshe fund.

» Kids Wellness Initiative

The Chabad CAREs Kids Wellness Initiative - Lubavitch of Wisconsin, in collaboration with Agudath Israel of IL, is happy to be able to provide Kosher meals for children across the state free of charge to you. Each Chabad House/Shul will serve as distribution centers for their community. For now, this program will run through August 30th.

Please fill out this form to take advantage of this opportunity to receive Glatt Kosher/Cholov Yisroel meals for your children each week. Meals will be distributed weekly for all claimed members of the family, 18 years old and below. Meals include daily breakfast and lunch. On weekends we will try to incorporate Shabbat menus to facilitate the spirit of Shabbat in the home.

PLEASE NOTE: Requesting meals and then not taking them will penalize the program, thereby jeopardizing the viability of the program. Please fill out ONE ORDER FORM PER HOUSEHOLD.

AS OF NOW - We expect the next meals to be available Tuesday or Wednesday, July 14th or 15th.

Partially sponsored by the Gitel bas Moshe fund & Clarice S. Turer Charitable Fund.

Chabad CAREs Kids Wellness Initiative is an equal opportunity provider serving over 9,600 free meals weekly to children (18 and under) in Wisconsin.
